scrapbooking with black and white photos

i love to use black and white photos on layouts, but when i look back at my recent albums i seem to do it very seldom :( i will be better at that!

i wanted to have something to pop against the photo and the kraft paper background. and it just happened to be trees and like a nature themed patterned paper, but that was just right because part of the journaling is about us sitting on the grass listening to a concert this summer :)
