Valentine´s Day prep | Free subway art

Hey all! I made some free goodies for you! As I have mentioned before, I love Valentine´s day and I have made subway art with all the cute words that connects with the day of love! And ofcourse I am sharing them with you!

Since I do Project Life I have made them in a pocket size so you can just print them, cut and slide them right into your pocket page protector.

I have also made a larger size so it makes it easy to pop into a frame for decoration!

February Studio AE Blog Hop from Technique Tuesday

When I was asked to guest for this bloghop I made a little happy dance! I am so honored to be here! I have used stamps from Technique Tuesday before  and I said it then and I´ll say it again; I am not a very good stamper. But these stamps are so easy to use and it is with no effort you can get a really good result!

Here is the Best Banners stamp set! 

The stamp set Best Banners is so fun since you can use it for many different projects. Before I had decided what to make, I stamped a few of the banners on watercolor paper. Then I used my watercolors to add some color to them.
I remembered that Valentine´s Day was coming up, and I love that day, so I made a garland.

I had a few of these doily hearts at hand from Wilton and just added the watercolored banners to them. I used a little glue to attach them before running everything through my sewing machine. 

Originally I only had the three doily hearts, but I wanted to add a bit more. So I cut the banners from one of my thrifted vintage books, traced a heart on patterned paper and added more stamped banners. 

I love how it turned out and promptly made a few more projects with the stamps! If you check back in a few days I´ll have them up in another post!

Lists with friends 2014 | #6 The perfect weekend

For me the perfect weekend include:

1. sleeping in

2. a long breakfast

3. getting up and doing some chores so that they are out of the way

4. settling in at my crafttable for some fun

5. eating a late lunch with my family

6. listening to an audiobook

7. taking a walk

8. spending the night on the couch watching some good shows or a movie

9. snuggles and snacks

10. oh, and then waking on Sunday to do it all again :)

I love the colors in the Moodboard this month! And I just had to add a few hearts in there since Valentine´s Day is coming up soon :) I can´t wait to get started on some projects!

Project Life 2014 | Week 4

Week 4

This is the week that started with staying at a SPA Sunday-Monday. A very good way to start the week I might add! So the entire first page is dedicated to that. Journaling in both text and list forms makes me happy!

The stray cat saga continued since he came back once again...His real home got him again and now we are keeping our fingers crossed he stays there ;)
We were all sick this week with nasty colds and my daughter went to see her little brother.

As you can see I didn´t use that much product this week. I used tags to journal on and just simply embellished a few journalingcards with letterstickers and such.

 I went with a muted color scheme for this page. I loved to layer the patterned paper, but actually had my fiancé say where the photo should go! Sometimes I am a bit scared to use many patterns, but going by color they can become more cohesive.

It was so much fun making layouts for each sketch!
